Why won’t my KENCOS charge?Updated a day ago

f your device isn’t charging:

1. Check cable & adapter

   • Use the included micro-USB cable and a 5 V adapter.

   • Some high-output fast chargers may not work properly.

2. Check charging port

   • Inspect the port for dust or debris. Clean gently with a dry swab.

   • Do not insert anything metallic.

3. Check charging indicator

   • During charging, the indicator light should glow (red, green, or blue depending on battery level).

   • If no light shows, try a different outlet or cable.

4. Battery degradation

   • Lithium-ion batteries naturally degrade. If charging time becomes very short or the battery drains quickly, the internal battery may need replacement.

If none of these steps work, contact support for repair/replacement options.
