Why isn’t my KENCOS producing vapor from the flavor cartridge?Updated a day ago

If no vapor is released when using a flavor cartridge:

1. Confirm cartridge installation

   • Remove the black hydrogen cartridge.

   • Insert the flavor cartridge fully, turning it clockwise until snug (do not overtighten).

2. Check cartridge condition

   • If the cartridge is old, empty, or tastes burnt, replace it. Lifespan is ~600 inhalations.

3. Check for leaks or damage

   • If liquid is leaking from the cartridge, discard and replace with a new one.

4. Check the mode

   • Make sure the flavor switch is ON.

   • If off, only hydrogen will be produced (no vapor).

⚠️ Note: The included black cartridge never produces vapor — it’s for hydrogen mode only.
