Why isn’t my KENCOS generating hydrogen?Updated a day ago

If your KENCOS doesn’t produce hydrogen bubbles or flow:

  1. Check the charge

    • Ensure the battery is fully charged (connect via micro-USB for ~2 hours).

    • If the device won’t turn on, try a different cable or power adapter.

  2. Check electrolyte solution

    • Make sure the dedicated electrolyte solution is filled to the MAX line in the tank.

    • Do not reuse or “top up” old solution — replace with a fresh vial.

  3. Check electrode condition

    • If the electrode layer is older than ~6 months, or bubbles are very weak, it may need replacement.

  4. Check contact points

    • Dirt on the electrode or tank contacts may block current. Wipe gently with a cotton swab.

If hydrogen still doesn’t generate, the electrode may be worn out and should be replaced
