Why isn’t my KENCOS generating hydrogen?Updated a day ago
If your KENCOS doesn’t produce hydrogen bubbles or flow:
Check the charge
Ensure the battery is fully charged (connect via micro-USB for ~2 hours).
If the device won’t turn on, try a different cable or power adapter.
Check electrolyte solution
Make sure the dedicated electrolyte solution is filled to the MAX line in the tank.
Do not reuse or “top up” old solution — replace with a fresh vial.
Check electrode condition
If the electrode layer is older than ~6 months, or bubbles are very weak, it may need replacement.
Check contact points
Dirt on the electrode or tank contacts may block current. Wipe gently with a cotton swab.
If hydrogen still doesn’t generate, the electrode may be worn out and should be replaced
