Why is there no hydrogen output?Updated 2 days ago
If your inhaler powers on but no hydrogen is flowing:
Check the water level
Ensure the main tank is filled with distilled water up to the proper level in the side viewing window.
Check the cannula connections
Make sure tubing is securely attached, not twisted, bent, or blocked.
If using a Y-connector, check both connections are tight.
Check water quality
If the water has been sitting for too long, minerals may have built up.
Drain and refill with fresh distilled water.
Check humidification bottles
The water in the bottles should cover the aeration stones. If not, refill to halfway.
📝 3000 mL model note: Because the tank is larger, low water levels may take longer to trigger a warning. If hydrogen output weakens, refill even before the low-water alarm activates.
