Why is there no hydrogen output?Updated 2 days ago

If your inhaler powers on but no hydrogen is flowing:

  1. Check the water level

    • Ensure the main tank is filled with distilled water up to the proper level in the side viewing window.

  2. Check the cannula connections

    • Make sure tubing is securely attached, not twisted, bent, or blocked.

    • If using a Y-connector, check both connections are tight.

  3. Check water quality

    • If the water has been sitting for too long, minerals may have built up.

    • Drain and refill with fresh distilled water.

  4. Check humidification bottles

    • The water in the bottles should cover the aeration stones. If not, refill to halfway.

📝 3000 mL model note: Because the tank is larger, low water levels may take longer to trigger a warning. If hydrogen output weakens, refill even before the low-water alarm activates.
