Why is my KENCOS leaking liquid?Updated a day ago

Leaks usually come from the electrolyte tank or the flavor cartridge.

• Electrolyte tank leaks → Check that the o-ring and stopper are clean, undamaged, and properly aligned. Replace if worn.

• Flavor cartridge leaks → Replace the cartridge; do not use if liquid is escaping.

Always keep the device upright during use and storage. Tilting or carrying upside down can cause leakage.
