1. Place the mat on your mattress, ideally under your fitted sheet.

2. Snap the grounding cord into the mat’s connector port.

3. Plug the other end into the ground port of a standard wall outlet (the round hole in a 3-prong grounded outlet).

   • If unsure, test your outlet with a grounding tester.

4. Lie directly on your bed as normal — your skin contact with the sheet will transfer the grounding effect.

💡 Tip: For best results, use a thin cotton sheet. Heavy or synthetic bedding may reduce conductivity.
