1. Fill the water reservoir

   • Twist the top of the device clockwise to open.

   • Fill with hydrogen-rich water (prepared using Vital Reaction® Molecular Hydrogen Tablets or the Hydrogen Water Bottle).

   • Drink the remainder of your prepared hydrogen water — don’t waste it!

   • Twist the top back on to lock.

2. Turn on the device

   • Slide the front lever down to activate the nano-mist.

   • Hold the device a few inches from your face or target area.

   • Spray for 10–15 minutes per session.

   • Slide the lever up to turn off.

3. Recommended routine

   • Use on clean skin (remove makeup before treatment).

   • Best results with 10–15 minutes twice daily.

💡 Tip: The mist is very fine — hold steady and let it settle naturally on the skin.
